Oui : grâce aux moules multi-empreintes à changement rapide, une ligne HFTF-T couvre toute une famille de formats.

Oui. Le format du gobelet dépend du moule, pas du bâti de la machine.

L’atelier de moules interne de HENGFENG usine des moules multi-empreintes avec des surfaces de formage de 101×101 mm à 300×300 mm. Une seule machine HFTF-T peut donc produire toute une famille de formats grâce à des changements de moule rapides, tandis que l’unité de roulage HFJB traite les diamètres de bord de 50 à 120 mm.

Pour l’acheteur, une seule ligne peut ainsi servir plusieurs références et produits saisonniers sans investissement en double.
